Microsoft has been clutching fast to its “three years” enlargement time frame for Windows 7 since ceaselessly, the predicament is that it’s never been clear when that three year period initiated.
Well speculate no longer; Microsoft has finally and officially confirmed that the three years initiated at Windows Vista’s general availability launch, which was January 30th, 2007. Understandably that doesn’t mean we will have Windows 7 on midnight of January 30th, 2010, but it what it does mean is that we can look forward to sometime within that year for a release that we were expecting sooner. Microsoft plans to give an exact launch date only once Windows 7 meets its quality standard for release. Sounds like a good Numbers to go by. But still this info, we can just expect.
