The Pixma iP-2600 is Canon’s ink-jet picture printer for consumers on a budget. Displacing the Pixma iP1800 as its entry level variant, a very straight forward copier with restricted features, which available for purchase online for as little as £30. As expected in a low end product, the iP2600 be deficient in a Picture-Bridge port and even a memory card slot, but crafts up for it with a lustrous design, aggressive print speeds and bold, crisp prints. The photos by themselves are also unbelievably effortless to crop, repair and modify using the incorporated Easy-Photo Print EX software package. Largely, you’ll find that this is even a cost efficient printer for text manuscripts and amateur stage photo printing. It’s evident that Canon labored hard on the design front of the iP2600. The lustrous exterior is 442 by 142 by 254mm in dimensions and has a polished black, slightly mirrored cease that looks smooth and crispy on your desk that is, until the dust factually settles. The shiny body hangs on to fingerprints, much comparable like the display screen on the iPhone. The control section is very inconspicuous, provided with only the power and paper feed push buttons located on the top of the printer. The power button also doubles as an apprehension lamp that flashes orange when an error crops up. The power string and the USB port are located right on the back.
