Apple is being litigated by Mirror Worlds, who claims the Time Machine and iPods infringe patents they hold.
Mirror Worlds states that the products are infringing on 4 of their patents, with 3 of the 4 dealing with a ‘document rivulet operating system.’ The 4th is an extension of the previous three, and covers an info management system based around the manuscripts described in the other three patents.
Mirror World is being hazy with their claims and accusations, they are asking for embargo + damages.
